Longleaf Style magazine is a publication of Consolidated Publishing, Co., located in Anniston, Alabama.
LongLeaf Style Magazine does not accept unsolicited manuscripts. However, if you are interested in writing for us, I ask that you first read the magazine. After you read it, then query us with your fresh, new ideas. Our editorial team is very open to listening to ideas, but please keep in mind that not every idea makes it to print.

Query letters should be e-mailed and include:
• A summary describing the article idea
• The purpose of the piece and its value to readers
• The author’s qualifications to write the piece
• The approximate word count of the article
Suggested article length:
One Column: 225 words
Two Columns: 400 words
One Page: 600 words

Acceptance of a query or manuscript does not guarantee printing of the manuscript. Editors reserve the right to reject or hold off a manuscript at any stage, for any reason. LongLeaf Style Magazine also reserves the right to make any necessary edits for content and length requirements.
Once accepted, all articles should be no more than two pages in length (1200 words) and should be e-mailed or saved on a disk in a text format and accompanied by a printed hard copy of the article. Mail to PO Box 189 Anniston, AL 36202. Please include your name, address and daytime phone number. When you submit by mail and you would like it returned, then please send a self adressed stamped envelope. Other requests, such as credit/byline information or any relevant photos/graphics will also be made at that time. LongLeaf Style Magazine is part of a paying market.
